Feel Alive.

All set up, ready for a fish or a good nights sleep
There are numerous bed chairs on the market but having used this one for almost three years now I can’t see me changing this one any time soon. As they say in the adverts sometimes something feels…’just right’. I weigh around twelve stone and when I’m sat on it or lad on it the mattress is so comfortable that sleep ain’t a problem. Think that sounds daft when fishing ? Well it ain’t in that if you do two overnighters a week and don’t sleep between takes you won’t be doing them for long. Going from work, fishing all night and then going to work is hard in itself so to be comfortable is right at the top of my list. The bed chair weighs under nine kilos and fits nicely into the Infinity Bedchair Carryall which sits on top of the barrow when I am barrowing my gear about. Because it is not too bulky I can also fit in the carryall a groundsheet, pegs and unhooking mat without breaking the zips on it. As it comes with six legs whatever the nature of the swim I can adjust the legs so its rock solid. Some people may think not having legs at the foot end is an issue… I certainly don’t. Because I always take two barrow bags with me with my gear in one fits nicely under4 that end out of the way and provides a solid base in case a friend sits on it.Had it got eight legs that second barrow bag would go… you tell me !! it’s a great sized bed chair and I can sleep soundly without getting a dead leg or arm resting on the frame. But its not so big that I can’t get my other barrow bag to the side of it between the chair and the side of the brolly. Sometimes bed chairs can be too big but not the Infinity IB1. The mud feet spread the load so you don’t sink in soft ground or pierce the groundsheet if you use one. The adjusters are solid as a rock so you don’t get an slippage when sat on it. An extra padded pillow area means I can still use my basic pillow and not end up with a cricked neck and the inevitable sore head the next day.

Despite years of abuse none of the stitching has come undone, no fabric has perished and none of the components have fallen of ( and I am hard on tackle I assure you ). There is a trend to have ultra low bed chairs but the Infinity one is perfect in my opinion. If they are so low you have no space to slip stuff under the bed chair, its colder on your back as you are closer to the floor and no matter how young you are they are hell to get up from. Inevitably you will drop down rather than sitting down and that can soon ruin the elastics and frame. Believe me larger and lower may sound trendy but its not always practical for an average sized carp angler. The side pocket is perfect for keys, phone and a torch and with an RRP of under £120 its a bargain that will last you years and your back and body will thank you for…
