The 22 EXIST is our first reel equipped with the AIRDRIVE DESIGN.
Adding to the supreme performance of its magnesium alloy Monocoque body the reduction of the rotor‘s weight ensures near effortless winding and fast stopping, thus a quicker level of responsiveness for remarkable lure control.
The thinner wall thickness and removal of unnecessary weight within the Airdrive spool – in combination with the reduced weight of the rotor and bail, truly elevates reel balance and extends a higher level of feel and control.
Bringing Low-Contact structure between axis and pinion gear – the Airdrive Shaft, friction is significantly reduced. Aided by 12BB the super soft, silent running of the Exist is optimized.
Airdrive concept is a combination of elements, which enables the construction of extremely lightweight and sensitive spinning reels.
The slimmer Airdrive bail is 33% lighter than the previous Exist. Twist Buster III is also improved tech seeing the compression of line during retrieve reduced, which results in significantly less twist.
Additionally, a MagSealed line roller has been integrated, adding to the level of endurance required when lure fishing in salt water.
